Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
WIDEN Law offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. Subscriptions
Standard ($99 AUD/month) and Pro ($199 AUD/month) subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription via your account billing page or by emailing info@widen.com.au. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refunds
As a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds after billing has occurred. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period
- Billing errors
To request a refund, contact info@widen.com.au within 7 days of the charge.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, replacement, or compensation for any reduction in value.
