1. Agreement
By using WIDEN Law you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
WIDEN Law is an AI-powered legal research tool. It provides legal information for research and educational purposes only. It does not provide legal advice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- One account per person
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service
4. Subscriptions
- Standard: $99 AUD/month
- Pro: $199 AUD/month
- 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required to start
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing us
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Resell or redistribute AI outputs commercially without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI
- Upload malicious content
- Share account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
WIDEN Law and its technology are owned by WIDEN Studio Pty Ltd. Your queries and the AI responses generated from them are for your use. We do not claim ownership of your queries.
7. Disclaimers
- Not legal advice — always consult a qualified legal practitioner
- No guarantee of accuracy, completeness or currency of information
- No solicitor-client relationship is created by using this service
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIDEN Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance from time to time which could temporarily affect availability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
