WIDEN Law and its technology are owned by WIDEN Studio Pty Ltd. Your queries and the AI responses generated from them are for your use. We do not claim ownership of your queries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIDEN Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance from time to time which could temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
